How to request a proposal

In the form, choose the type of request: accounting for businesses, tax consulting, external CFO, consulting or the CFO Diagnostic, payroll, company formation or something else. To get an accurate proposal on the first try, it helps to tell us:

  • the legal form (sole trader, single-member company, Lda. or SA) and the business activity;
  • the approximate number of invoices and documents per month;
  • how many employees are on payroll;
  • whether you file VAT monthly, quarterly or are VAT-exempt;
  • whether you are switching accountants, and from when.

Meetings

The discovery call is 30 minutes, free and without commitment. The one-off tax consultation is 45 minutes for €120, VAT included, for a specific question answered with its legal basis. Both are booked online on the booking page and held by video call; if you would rather meet at the office, say so when booking.

What happens next

We review your information, ask for anything missing and send a written proposal. Accounting for companies starts at €150 per month on the Essential package (prices exclude VAT); compare the three packages on the package comparison or the pricing page. If you are moving from another firm, we handle the handover with your previous accountant. The accounts are signed by Hugo Ribeiro, Certified Accountant registered with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants under no. 64356.

Frequently asked questions

Does the first meeting cost anything?

No. The 30-minute discovery call is free and without commitment: it is for us to understand your situation and send you a retainer proposal. For a specific tax question there is a 45-minute one-off consultation for €120, VAT included, booked online.

Can I visit the office without an appointment?

The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturdays by appointment only. To make sure the accountant is available, book the meeting first by phone, email or on the booking page.

Do you work with clients outside Lisbon?

Yes. The office is in Parque das Nações, but meetings are normally held online and documents are exchanged digitally, so we work with clients across Portugal and abroad.

Which languages do you work in?

Portuguese and English.
