You can book a meeting with HVR in under a minute: a free 30-minute discovery call if you are looking for an accountant, or a 45-minute one-off tax consultation for €120 including VAT if you have a specific tax question. Sessions run by video call with an accountant certified by the Portuguese Order of Accountants (OCC).
Which meeting fits your case
The discovery call is free and meant for anyone looking for an accountant or considering a switch: we go through your situation, explain how we work and put a retainer proposal in front of you, with no commitment. The one-off tax consultation is paid because it is advice: one concrete question — your tax status, which regime applies, a specific transaction — answered with the legal basis cited. If you have moved to Portugal or are about to, there is also a 45-minute expat consultation for €150 covering tax residency, the IFICI regime, foreign income and your filing obligations.
How booking works
The calendar only shows slots that are genuinely free, already converted to your own timezone, because it is connected to the office calendar. Pick a time, confirm, and you immediately get a confirmation email with the video link and a calendar invite, plus a reminder before the meeting. Paid sessions are charged by card at booking and we issue a proper Portuguese invoice afterwards. You can reschedule or cancel from the links in your confirmation email, at least 24 hours ahead.
Prices and VAT
The prices advertised are what you pay, with Portuguese VAT at the legal rate of 23% already included: €120 for the 45-minute one-off tax consultation and €150 for the expat consultation.
